Information We Collect

We collect account information such as email, username, nickname, optional profile details, and authentication data.

When you choose to create a visual style record, avatar, or community attachment, we process the image you provide and related quality metadata such as framing, clarity, face bounds, eye-open probability, yaw or roll angle, and similar scan-quality data.

Community features may include optional profiles, avatars, posts, replies, reports, and block events.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide private visual style records, saved archives, premium membership access, community safety tools, and account support.

Face-related data is used for scan quality, private visual style records, and color or presentation suggestions. It is not used for identity verification, real-name authentication, ad tracking, sale, public display, or training an identity recognition model.

After you tap Generate, a compressed image and related metadata may be sent to AskSimon servers and forwarded to a Google Gemini API compatible visual model to produce the requested visual style notes.

Subscriptions

AskSimon Plus Monthly is processed through Apple App Store in-app purchase. Apple handles payment information and subscription management through your Apple ID.

You can restore purchases in the app and manage or cancel auto-renewal in Apple ID subscriptions.

Data Control

You can delete your account in the app profile dashboard. Account deletion removes your profile, scan records, saved data, inventory, style notes, and linked community content from our service, except records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
